We typically work with a 50/25/25 structure: 50% upfront to begin work, 25% at the midpoint milestone, and 25% on final delivery and acceptance. For Enterprise engagements, we can customize payment terms including monthly billing.

Starter engagements take 1-2 weeks. Growth projects take 3-5 weeks. Enterprise timelines are scoped individually but typically 6-12 weeks. We move fast because we use senior engineers only — no ramp-up time, no learning on your dime.

We keep iterating until it does. Our accuracy commitment is part of the scope — we don’t declare “done” until the system meets agreed-upon benchmarks. If we fundamentally can’t hit the target (rare, but possible with very noisy data), we’ll tell you honestly before you’ve spent the full budget.

If we can’t deliver what was scoped, we refund the unearned portion. We’ve never had to do this, because we’re upfront about feasibility during the assessment phase. We’d rather decline a project than take money for something we can’t build.

Absolutely — and many clients do exactly this. The Starter engagement gives you a strategy and a working proof that AI delivers ROI for your use case. Then Growth takes it to production. The Starter investment is never wasted because it feeds directly into the Growth phase.

AWS, Azure, and GCP. We also deploy on-premise if your data can’t leave your network. We’ll recommend the best fit based on your existing stack, team expertise, and compliance requirements — never push you to a specific vendor.

Growth and Enterprise plans include post-launch support (30 days for Growth, ongoing for Enterprise). After that, we offer optional retainer agreements for continued optimization, monitoring, and new feature development. But our goal is to train your team to be self-sufficient.
